    Inaugurated the Asian Development Bank’s new resident mission with ADB Vice President Mr Wencai Zhang and country director Ms Kanokpan Lao-Araya. Their new offices at the Royal Textile Academy boasts stunning views of the Tashichhodzong, Gyalyong Tshokhang and the golf course.
