    A proud day for 56th Naval Cadet Class members presented with their Commissions from An tÚachtaran by Minister Paul Kehoe. Class member Ensign Cáit McKeown’s grandfather, WO ‘Paddles’ McKeown was one of the first Naval personnel I met when joining 42 yrs ago.
