    part of the issue IMHO was that we saw a "rash" of CIO roles being filled with MBA pedigree bodies & not Technology pedigree bodies, and as much as I fully agree an MBA mindset helps a CIO deliver great commercial outcomes, if you have no idea how the tech works you're 99% lost..
