This video is focused on a location technology feature that Voice Over LTE, or VoLTE, -enabled LTE mobile devices need to support. As operators in North America begin to shift voice services to their LTE network, a significant—and potentially gating—factor is the support for emergency services. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) mandates E911 services for mobile devices and operators and the accuracy requirements are tight. VoLTE E911 must meet the FCC requirements from the first day VoLTE is deployed, and the current requirement is that caller location must be provided to public-safety answering points with 50m accuracy for 67% of calls and 150m accuracy for 95% of calls. The FCC is also demanding improved accuracy and availability of E911 positioning across all parts of the country, and especially for indoor situations where over 50% of E911 calls are placed.

Processing over 350,000 calls for service annually, DCECC is the largest Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) in East-Central Indiana. This recruitment video was completed before DCECC moved into their new facility in 2011 but still gives the public a good idea of how emergency dispatchers keep the community and first-responders safe everyday.

Enhanced 9-1-1
Enhanced 911, E-911 or E911 is a system used in North America that links emergency callers with the appropriate public resources. Three-digit emergency telephone numbers originated in the United Kingdom in 1937 and have spread to continents and countries around the globe. Other easy dial codes, including the 112 number adopted by the European Union in 1991, have been deployed to provide free-of-charge emergency calls.
In North America, where 9-1-1 was chosen as the easy access code, the system tries to automatically associate a location with the origin of the call. This location may be a physical address or other geographic reference information such as X/Y map coordinates. The caller's telephone number is used in numerous manners to track a location that can be used to dispatch police, fire, emergency medical and other response resources. Automatic location of the emergency makes it faster to locate the required resources during fires, break-ins, kidnappings, and other events where communicating one's location is difficult or impossible.

Keiser Report
The Keiser Report is a financial news and analysis show on RT UK and the RT network, hosted by Max Keiser and Stacy Herbert. It has been running since September 2009, with three new show every week. Herbert (announced on a December 2012 episode as his wife) is the co-host; she banters with Keiser on headlines and commentary.
Each episode is divided into two parts. In the first half, Keiser and Herbert alternately discuss a current financial topic, comment on financial media reports, and provide commentary on the actions of bankers. The second half features a guest interview, either face-to-face in the studio or through video conferencing, conducted by Keiser.
The Independent describes the show as "mischievously seditious" and Keiser as "America's most outrageous political pundit".
An episode broadcast in September 2011 featured an interview with the comedian Rosanne Barr, who stated that her solution to the financial crisis was to "bring back the guillotine".
According to Forbes magazine, the economist Sandeep Jaitly of the Gold Standard Institute was forced to resign following comments made on Keiser's show.
