Rescue. The 11 little ducklings found wandering on a main road are growing at a rapid pace and are now spending their days in the sunshine outside, being brought back in at night. We seem to be a magnet for unusual colourations but I've never seen a mallard this colour.

Rescue . Our latest admission is a young greater spotted woodpecker who has just arrived from the local vets. He has a wing injury but I’ve been told he’s fine but to be honest I’m not that convinced. It’s hanging lower than the other. He’s also emaciated😞

This Pipevine Swallowtail is already looking a little battered but reminds me that nature never gives up. She may be broken, but she won't give up. We must do the same.

rescue. . Our latest admissions are these three little House Martins whose nest tumbled to the ground. One chick died in the fall but these 3 are all uninjured thankfully. So as one little life ended a short while ago at the Vets, another 3 have been saved

ACO Wood rescued this hedgehog after he found himself tangled in a badminton net, thankfully he was uninjured and was released later that evening! Please pop your nets away when not in use to prevent wildlife becoming entangled. 20
