    कृषि सुधारों से संबंधित जो कानून बनाया गया है, उसमें जब किसान किसी से समझौता करेगा तो बुवाई से पहले ही उपज की कीमत तय हो जाएगी। अगर किसान किसी कारण समझौता तोड़ता है तो, उसे कोई जुर्माना नहीं देना होगा लेकिन अगर वो फर्म ऐसा करती है तो उसे जुर्माना देना होगा।
