    This. must provide oversight to the administrative branch. Keeping this discriminatory ban in place UNDERMINES national security. It does not promote it. Congress, where are the oversight hearings? Ask your MoC:

    Honest question after travel ban ruling: What's the legal argument against the president cancelling any type of visa issued to any foreign national from any country so long as he uses the magic words "national security"? Seems like he can block whomever he wants now.
