  4. IRONY - narrative which says ‘millenials’ are ‘offended’ by everything is Media-created (often to justify their own historical misogyny, racism & homophobia). People gently questioning themes in on a moderate scale through the prism of modern values is not ‘outrage’.

  17. I mainly arrived at this conclusion by holding focus groups with LGBT+ young people, speaking to young ppl of all genders and sexualities about the issue and hearing school leaders when they told me why they’d implemented the policy. That’s enough to convince me.

  18. story looks set to run and run, mainly because tabloids are fuelling wilfully misunderstanding of what gender neutral language is. I’ll be speaking at to bring some balance to convo 2moro. But isn’t this a school you’d want to send your children?...
