Visited my psychiatrist for the first time since I was in hospital for tocicity. In hospital I was 98 pounds; now I'm 129. I'm still reeling from the rapid weight gain caused by . It's caused dysphoria.

Breaking it gently. Telling a patient at the outset that the illness is incurable, breaks his heart and spirit. My handled it very well and was intentionally vague in the beginning. in -patient interactions.
