    You're talking out your ass if you think mentally or chronically sick people are weak for thinking of suicide. You'll never understand how much energy we spend fighting the urges, just to be just as sick the following day.

    Everyday is a good day to talk about mental health. There are thousands of sweet, sweet people fighting to stay alive and many gone because of an invisible illness. Let’s do the easy part and fight for some awareness for those who struggle.

    Things that help my anxiety: -Talking to a friend -Going to the gym/walking the dog -Watching comedy -ART <3 -Something productive like cleaning/tidying/paperwork -Distraction with social media -Trying to find a solution to the issue
