    If you’re ever having a panic/anxiety attack, lay down on the floor. Put your legs straight up on the wall so that your butt is touching the wall and you’re in an “L”. Close your eyes and breathe with your arms straight out. Works wonders!

    Anxiety is another mental disorder,that people don’t take seriously this bothers me so much because anxiety is a real pain that manifests inside,having anxiety is mental and emotional suffering,living with fear and worrying all your life is NOT FUN at all

    My and have been getting the better of me for weeks. So many things are out of my control. I love my daughter but her drug addiction is painful to witness. I want to sleep and not wake up.

    A year ago, I would have cancelled on every friend/upcoming event due to Today, I’m organising a work team social and office book club. Things do get better 💙

    Breathe, cut the grass, shovel the driveway, prepare food from scratch, go to the gym, practice yoga, write, read, play with my kids outside, listen to music, take a drive, reach out to family & friends...things I do when my becomes overwhelming

    When you have anxiety you don’t need drugs to feel high,because you’re already have a feeling of derealization along with a high level of emotional distress 😴

    It’s really upsetting when even your own mum (who also gets anxiety) asks you why you’re anxious at a super busy shopping centre 😢 I want to cry.

    Depression should be taken more seriously amongst teenagers,a teenager doesn’t have the life experience to know that better days are always ahead,as a teenager myself I know that depression can really have a negative impact in our mental health

    Anxiety is a full-time job. There is no holiday, no fixed working hours, and certainly no quitting. You also don't get paid.

    There are 2 layers of fear causing your suffering: 1) Fear of external events/situations 2) Fear of the resulting thoughts and feelings In both cases, the root of your suffering is the body's physical reaction to fear. If you address the fear you will heal. Period.

    I just took mine, so casual reminder to take your meds if you're due for a dosage. If not, perhaps go get a drink of water anyway and RT for others.

    I’ve never found a book about that has actually helped, but the first line of this one by is ‘bollocking fucking shitting titting arsing hell’ so it is automatically the best one ever 🙌🏻
