Complaint
- Complaint is a module provided under CCTNS project to the citizens for escalating their allegations to the Police online.
- The basic advantage of this module is that, the citizen will not have to go to the Police Station and wait there for a long time to get his complain/allegation registered in Police records.
- On registering a complaint in Citizen Portal, registration number is automatically generated and acknowledgement is being generated.
- Simultaneously the Officer-In-Charge of the Police Station is alerted by the system to initiate action on the allegation.
- There after a Police Officer will contact the complainant and enquiry into the matter.
- However it is pertinent to mention here that when a genuine complaint will be acted upon in a time bound process, a false and fabricated complaint may invite legal action against the complainant.

Protest/Strike
- Request for Protest/Strike is among one of the citizen services provided by Assam Police under CCTNS Project.
- Citizen needs to submit their request to the respective Police Jurisdiction
- While filling the request form, please fill all the mandatory fields (*) along with details, address, contact number and route details properly.
- Before submitting the request, Please verify the same. Once you submit, the request it will not be editable.

Tenant
Verification
- Request for Tenant Verification is one of the citizen services provided by Assam Police under CCTNS Project.
- This request is for tenant verification of persons staying in rented house/building/flat
- The user needs to enter the details of person for whom the verification needs to be done
- The user needs to upload the address and identity proof against whom the verification will be done by Police
- While filling the request form, please fill at least all the mandatory fields (*) along with Personal details, address, contact number and tenant details properly.
- Before submitting the request, Please verify the same. Once you submit, the request will not be editable.
- After submission of the request you will be alerted by the system by SMS and email along with Service Request No.

Lost & Found
- Request of Lost & found Property is for reporting of lost article and items by citizen to Assam Police
- To avail the service, Citizen has to log in to the Portal. If the Citizen is new to the Portal he has to register with the Portal which is a one-time activity.
- Citizen needs to fill all the mandatory fields (*) along with Personal details, address, contact number and details of lost property with information relating to from where the item was lost and cost of property
- Before submitting the request, Please verify the same. Once you submit, the request will not be editable.
- After submission of the request you will be alerted by the system by SMS and email along with Lost Property Registration Number with a system generated certificate which can be printed and referenced.

Performance
- This service is available to the citizen who are residing in Assam and any request for organizing events
- To avail the service, Citizen has to log in to the Portal.

Feedback
- Citizen cab provide feedback to Assam Police by login into the Citizen Portal
- Details such as Name, Mobile number will be auto populated entered during registration of account
