Nesta conversa 'acidental' Joesley e seu comparsa combinam a interferência em larga escala no STF para evitar a prisão de presidente e diretores da empresa JBS. A gravação foi revelada hoje pela Revista Veja.
Joesley foi contemplado com um acordo de delação onde aconteceu tudo que ele desejava - ninguém foi preso. Ele se comprometeu a derubar Temer, sob o comando de Rodrigo Janot e seu braço direito, agora implicado em investigações, e com apoio maciço da Globo, que entrou de cabeça nessa causa.
A farsa aparentemente desmoronou porque o bilionário da carne não sabe operar um gravador digital.
Em um dos trechos do áudio que será investigado pela Procuradoria Geral da República (PGR), o empresário Joesley Batista, um dos donos do grupo J&F; e delator da Lava Jato, se gaba com o diretor de Relações Institucionais da empresa, Ricardo Saud, de que os executivos da holding eram a "joia da coroa" do Ministério Público.
A gravação foi divulgada no início da tarde desta terça-feira (5) pelo jornal "O Globo"; no fim da tarde, o ministro Edson Fachin, do Supremo Tribunal Federal, retirou o sigilo e autorizou a liberação do conteúdo da gravação.

A Veja teve acesso às conversas que os delatores da JBS Joesley Batista e Ricardo Saud entregaram à procuradoria-geral da República na última quinta-feira à noite.
Diz a revista:
Neles, os dois delatores, aparentemente sem notar que estão eles próprios se gravando, falam, entre outros temas, sobre como se aproximar do procurador-geral Rodrigo Janot por meio do agora ex-procurador Marcelo Miller e sobre a exigência de eles não serem presos após fecharem os acordos de delação premiada. Em um dos pontos mais sensíveis do áudio, possivelmente gravado no dia 17 de março, Joesley e Ricardo Saud afirmam que Fernanda, possivelmente a advogada Fernanda Tórtima, “surtou” porque, a depender dos rumos da delação e de qual autoridade citassem em depoimento, os dois poderiam “entregar” o Supremo, em referência a ministros do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF).
Os delatores também analisam que, ao decidirem delatar, têm de “ser a tampa do caixão” na política brasileira.
“Por isso que eu quero nós dois 100% alinhado com o Marcelo…nós dois temos que operar o Marcelo direitinho pra chegar no Janot…eu acho…é o que falei com a Fernanda [possivelmente Fernanda Tórtima, advogada]…nós nunca podemos ser o primeiro, nós temos que ser o último, nós temos que ser a tampa do caixão…Fernanda, nós nunca vamos ser quem vai dar o primeiro tiro, nós vamos o último…vai ser que vai bater o prego da tampa”, diz Joesley Batista em um dos trechos da gravação. “Nós fomos intensos pra fazer, temos que intensos pra terminar”, completa o empresário.

The House of Saud (Arabic: آل سعود Āl Saʻūd) is the ruling royal family of Saudi Arabia. The family has thousands of members. He united the four regions into a single state through a series of conquests beginning in 1902 with the capture of Riyadh, the ancestral home of his family, the House of Saud. The country has since been an absolute monarchy, effectively a hereditary dictatorship governed along Islamic lines. The ultra-conservative Wahhabism religious movement within Sunni Islam has been called "the predominant feature of Saudi culture", with its global spreading largely financed by the oil and gas trade. Saudi Arabia is sometimes called "the Land of the Two Holy Mosques" in reference to Al-Masjid al-Haram (in Mecca), and Al-Masjid an-Nabawi (in Medina), the two holiest places in Islam. The Kingdom has a total population of 28.7 million, of which 20 million are Saudi nationals and 8 million are foreigners.

Rodrigo Janot
Rodrigo Janot Monteiro de Barros (born September 15, 1957, Belo Horizonte) is the Attorney General of Brazil.
Career
Rodrigo Janot graduated with a undergraduate degree in law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais in 1979. He completed a specialization in 1985 and master's degree in 1986, from the same university. From 1987 to 1989, he attended a university in Pisa, Italy, called the Scuola Superiore di Studi Universitari and Perfezionamento di S. Anna.
Acted as a private attorney from 1980, until 1984, when he joined the Federal Prosecutor's office as a State Prosecutor. He was promoted to Regional Prosecutor in 1993, and Assistant Attorney General for the Republic, in 2003. He was also the General Secretary of the MPF, from 2003 to 2005.
In 2013, he was chosen by President Dilma Rousseff to replace Roberto Gurgel for the top job (Attorney General of the Republic) at the Attorney General's Office, and took office on September 17th, 2013.
Attorney Janot won the internal election to returned to the role in August 2015. Attorney Janot won the election with more than 300 votes ahead of his second-place competitor. Janot received 288 more votes than in the previous 2013 election.

Salman of Saudi Arabia
Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud (Arabic: سلمان بن عبد العزيز آل سعود, Salmān ibn ‘Abd al-‘Azīz Āl Sa‘ūd, Hejazi Arabic (born 31 December 1935) is the King of Saudi Arabia, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the head of the House of Saud.
He served as the Deputy Governor and then the Governor of Riyadh for 48 years from 1963 to 2011. He was appointed as Minister of Defence in 2011. He was also named the Crown Prince in 2012 following the death of his brother Nayef bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. Salman was crowned as the new King of Saudi Arabia on 23 January 2015 following the death of his half brother, King Abdullah. Among the most notable events during his reign so far have been Saudi Arabia's military intervention in the Yemeni Civil War, the 2015 Mina stampede during the Hajj, and the execution of Nimr al-Nimr and 46 others opponents of the regime on 2 January 2016.
Early life
Salman was born on 31 December 1935, and is reported to be the 25th son of King Abdulaziz ibn Saud. Salman and his six brothers make up what is referred to as the Sudairi Seven. He was raised in the Murabba Palace.

Al-Masloukhi said the convicted prince then prayed, reciting Koranic verses until sunrise. He was executed four and a half hours later. The execution, tweeted al-Masloukhi, was carried out in presence of the prince's father, who "broke down in tears" while the victim's father watched with "a fixed expression on his face." -

A Veja teve acesso às conversas que os delatores da JBS Joesley Batista e Ricardo Saud entregaram à procuradoria-geral da República na última quinta-feira à noite.
Diz a revista:
Neles, os dois delatores, aparentemente sem notar que estão eles próprios se gravando, falam, entre outros temas, sobre como se aproximar do procurador-geral Rodrigo Janot por meio do agora ex-procurador Marcelo Miller e sobre a exigência de eles não serem presos após fecharem os acordos de delação premiada. Em um dos pontos mais sensíveis do áudio, possivelmente gravado no dia 17 de março, Joesley e Ricardo Saud afirmam que Fernanda, possivelmente a advogada Fernanda Tórtima, “surtou” porque, a depender dos rumos da delação e de qual autoridade citassem em depoimento, os dois poderiam “entregar” o Supremo, em referência a ministros do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF).
Os delatores também analisam que, ao decidirem delatar, têm de “ser a tampa do caixão” na política brasileira.

Prince Turki bin Saud al-Kabir, who was found guilty of shooting to death a Saudi citizen during a brawl, was executed last Tuesday as per a royal order by King Salman. He became the first member of Saudi royalty to be executed in the kingdom since 1975
"This is the law of God Almighty, and this is the approach of our blessed nation,” wrote Khalid al-Saud, a royal family member, according to Reuters.
Another Saudi royal member, billionaire businessman Al Walid Bin Talal, recited a Koranic verse: "there is life for you in retaliation.”
Mohammed al-Masloukhi, the Imam of Al Safa mosque, who was present while the victim's family was being offered the "blood money," described the prince's "heartbreaking last moments with his family members" who visited him for one last time in prison.
Al-Masloukhi said the convicted prince then prayed, reciting Koranic verses until sunrise. He was executed four and a half hours later.
The execution, tweeted al-Masloukhi, was carried out in presence of the prince's father, who "broke down in tears" while the victim's father watched with "a fixed expression on his face."
