    Somehow in the madness of the last few days we missed the massive efforts of this incredible woman to continue support for us after the referendum. We are utterly overwhelmed & incredibly grateful to Annie and to everyone who bought a print can you please DM?

    Update! After two days- money going to for print is €5,560.00. Huge thanks to everyone who bought, using your powers for good. Give me a wee while to get them all out to you . Thank you and look out I'm on me way

    The indomitable has supported us from the very beginning & introduced legislation to help bring an end to the cruelty we faced. Though it was defeated she never stopped trying. An amazing legislator, person & friend.

    A visibly upset Clare Daly tells the Dail the referendum almost felt like Ireland atoning for the way it has treated women. She says she cannot believe it has taken to the point of her being 50 years of age and her daughter coming home for her first vote for it to be gone.

    So important. While we were neck deep in campaigning we were so proud of of who created, collated and presented incredible academic & artistic material about the 8th. She should be remembered for this in history.

    -women’s and feminist histories get forgotten as we oftendon’t write about/archive our activisms,lets not do that this time is archiving online material as we speak.We need to collect the emphemera & material culture & art work which was so important

    We stand in awe of all mná. But we also stand beside the washing machine till the middle of the night because we forgot to wash the uniforms...

    My internal, elated monologue of Irish women finally being free keeps being interrupted by the last minute dash to wash school uniforms and filling/emptying the dishwasher.

    Real somen2, real families, real lives. That's why we no scare mongering about mythical "young ones" who'd take advantage of a new law would deter the decent Irish public from doing the right thing.

    Thank you to every person who shared personal stories of loss & pain. Those stories took us all to the heart of the issue...compassion. And that’s what won the day for the Yes campaign. Those featured by & are heroes & I will never forget their bravery.

    Simon Harris was, and is, an absolute legend. He treated us eith incredible dignity & respect. The man has so much integrity. Whatever your politics, his performance throughout is amazing.
