Surely the only Health Minister in history to be cheered by a huge crowd of women who fought the establishment and won :) you deserve all the praise that comes your way this week. Build on it now, good man :)

...and yesterday was the day the Dept of Health said that delivering death was part of 'healthcare'. From septic tanks to biological waste bins...not much of equality for the poor unborn babies in all this State-sponsored mess!

...which part of these facts did you want to 'shield'? Wow, that was deep.

You didn't hold Emma Mhic Mhathuna hand last week when liability is still contested by the state and her case was in the Court last week . such hypocrisy.
-
Im sure there is a good reason for the matter still being in the court. It would be nice to know though.
-
Did you watch the news today? like I have already said, the reason is the government still deny liability in full, forcing Emma Mhic Mhathuna to go to Court. You cannot defend the indefensible.

Abroad Just read item on RTE now It is not as straightforward as you imply The additional info from US has complicated it See judges comments
