I'm proud of everything we accomplished in 2019 — including securing $3 billion for flood recovery, advancing the USMCA trade deal, passing bills to lower health care & prescription drug costs, investing in Iowa jobs & skills training, & much more.⤵️

Asking for a friend — why does it matter who her fiance is? Last time I checked, is a powerful woman who can think for herself.

Or like tax giveaways to the rich. Or like bloated military budgets that benefit defense contractors more than service members. Or like a pointless wall on our Southern Border. .....oh wait....those are all things supports. Oops.

Amen, The way I see it, Republicans by virtue of self-sorting into a group with the values and goals of the GOP are by default unfit for office. Becoming a person who appeals to these same people and their supporters is not going to be morally ok.

“It’s like we learned nothing in 2016, which saw the election of the most ridiculous reactionary as our tweeter in chief. We learned nothing even after as progressive candidates swept into the House in 2018, most of them from the middle parts of the country and red states.”

It’s with profound gratitude to all of our supporters that I suspend my campaign for president today. I’m so proud of everything we’ve accomplished together. I’m going to keep fighting for an America where everyone counts—I hope you’ll join me in that fight.

Thank you for being a powerful voice, for proposing bold and progressive plans, and for using your campaign to help people who need it now. You made this race stronger—and you will continue to be a leader in our party and our country for many years to come.

You’ve been impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors, . You’re extremely unpopular. You lie all the time, NO CREDIBILITY! If the Senate keeps you after all this, maybe the people should make changes in the Senate!

I keep telling you all that answers like this will be utterly disqualifying for black voters. I’m surprised his team hasn’t come up with a strategy to answer these obvious questions.
