On twitter, a guy threatened @JessicaValenti in her feed, photo of a gun, telling her he would send her to hell, etc. And then he deleted his account.

Copy. I saw that. I think she should both involve the FBI as making death threats in electronic interstate commerce is a federal crime, and his electronic footprints can be subpoenaed from Twitter. And wherever she resides, the local PD will or should have an electronic crimes
