I have a question you've likely heard at least once this week: How can I get ? I am a writer and published author, and it would be of great benefit to me, I think. Thanks, and have a peaceful night.

Phones are already geolocators. What's the big deal about making them non-responsive if they are moving faster than a human being can run?

Twitter is working on a new authentication and verification program. In the meantime verification has been put on hold

Because I like being able to use my phone when I'm not the one driving?

Because they didn't endorse people they verified before, now they want to? That's always been weird to me

One of your twelve followers is this person with the kek flag, which is the same template as the nazi flag but inverted colors and slightly different markings. And Pepe.

A device capable of doing several billion computations pers second and locating your position within three inches globally, can tell which seat you're sitting in.

No, GPS is only accurate within about 7 yards. It doesn't even know what lane you're in.

GPS is capable of far greater accuracy, but is hindered for (outdated) national security reasons.

Effect being the same. I'd also like to not have my phone disabled because the driver changed lanes, or if I was sitting on the driver's side. And what if I need directions? How disabled of a phone are we talking? This tech would also make phones cost more, bear that in mind.

I think they're still figuring out what to do in terms of verification

Added to that I'm sure I follow people who have been verified within the past three months? I'm not sure that post is still accurate
