How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I have started this helping friends and families but the response I received and the word of mouth promotion from clients encouraged me to launch dsigns as a professional business. Most of the agencies loose the personal touch or quality customer service. We are trying to fill the gaps :-)

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
We had a customer who was trying to make a personal album designed and printed for her friends birthday. It was very challenging job as it required converting all the incidents and narration into graphical format . most work involved drawing and image editing. Customer was based in Sydney and the album was supposed to be delivered to Melbourne. Customer advised us that she found someone to deliver the album to Melbourne and needs the work to be completed on that day otherwise they will miss the auspicious occasion. To complete the job , we worked whole night without sleeping ! All efforts were rewarded when we received the thank you call from the client and the birthday guy :-) Wow ...what a feeling!
