Herve is a Walloon municipality of Belgium in Province of Liège. On January 1, 2006 Herve had a total population of 16,772. The total area is 56.84 km² which gives a population density of 295 inhabitants per km².
It is famed for its cheese, the Herve.
On January 1, 1977, the municipality of Herve was merged with Battice, Bolland, Chaineux, Charneux, Grand-Rechain, Julémont and Xhendelesse under the name of "City of Herve" ("Ville de Herve" in French). Herve is currently constituted of 11 villages: Battice, Bolland, Bruyères, Chaineux, Charneux, Grand-Rechain, Herve, José, Julémont, Manaihant, Xhendelesse.

Eric Tibusch (b. January 6, 1972) is a French artistic director, couturier and fashion designer.
Eric Tibusch was raised in Bonifacio, Corsica. He spent his childhood between Corsica and Tahiti prior to his education in France.
Arriving in Paris when he was 18, Tibusch worked in fashion design, and in 1998 was employed by Jean-Paul Gaultier in his company's High Fashion department. Upon his departure from the house of Gaultier, Eric Tibusch led the fashion development and direction program for Copenhagen Fur, working among fashion designers such as Karl Lagerfeld, John Galliano, Rick Owens and Undercover.
He later launched his own brand, Eric Tibusch Paris. The name of his first collection was "happiness", a tribute to his two heritages: Tahitian and French.
Since 2007, Tibusch has collaborated regularly with Make Up For Ever in several advertisement campaigns and at his own fashion shows. In 2010, he created an outfit made of chocolate for the "Chocolate Show" in Paris and New York. In the same year, he was in charge of creating Jake and Neytiri costumes for the worldwide launch of both the DVD and Blu-ray versions of the movie Avatar directed by James Cameron.
