    1. The opposition would have a vendetta against them 2. They have so destroyed the infrastructure of their own country that without their power (not even wealth) they could not survive (access to hospitals, travel, running business, access to banks and markets, asset value)

    And because of the persistent denial of proportional inclusion of Black women in mainstream media outlets these platforms expect us to be grateful for the crumbs, even the rotten ones, for fear of losing an opportunity to be profiled. Toxic.

    I am so glad that Reni has called out these media outlets. In my opinion mainstream media often wants to disempower Black women usually because these outlets have been given so much power on a social level they don't expect us to speak up.
