Geoff Dale

Council member

One of five Government appointed members of the University Council.

Having retired from General Electric after 26 years in global business leadership roles, Geoff established a boutique management consulting business. This was dedicated to assisting business with organisation design and change management.

He has a passion for helping young people and is very involved in mentoring young leaders and entrepreneurs in their personal and business development.

A graduate in Applied Chemistry at Footscray Institute of Technology, one of the foundation institutions around which Victoria University was established, Geoff has also undertaken advanced business leadership training at GE's Crotonville Leadership Institute in the USA.
