Dr Joanne Pyke

Dr Joanne Pyke is a Senior Research Fellow in the Tourism and Events Research Group within the College of Business and the coordinator of the Master of Business (Tourism and Destination Management).

Jo is an interdisciplinary researcher in the fields of:

• sustainable tourism, risk and recovery
• social cohesion and community wellbeing
• gender equity and cultural diversity in education, training and employment
• international migration and settlement
• diasporas and development.
