    If true, this is much more damning of May than Corbyn to any vaguely objective eye. Neither emerged with credit, though. If you need this explaining, you probably shouldn’t be following me.

    If, as seems likely, May shared more intelligence with Merkel, Macron & Trump than she did with Corbyn then *everything* makes sense & the Labour leader’s been made to look a stooge. I think he should have seen this play a mile off, but then I’m a glutton for Twitter punishment.

    Obviously, the ‘cult’ thing only applies to those followers who deny Corbyn has any flaws or failings & react violently to the vaguest criticism of him. Thankfully, they identify themselves quite readily in my replies.

    This is why I, and so many others who have experienced authoritarianism, were horrified by Trump's open admiration for Putin. It normalizes autocracy at home, too.
