    So long, LA. Mt. SAC confirms it will not re-bid for 2020 Olympic Trials. So far there are two known bidders -- Eugene and Sacramento, which have combined to host the last five Trials. Bids are due Friday.

    Coleman has doubled at Hayward Field before. Last year at NCAAs, he won the 100 in 10.04 (-2.1 wind) and came back just 45 minutes later to win the 200 in 20.25 (-3.1 wind).

    At Saturday's Pre Classic, Christian Coleman will run the 100 at 1:18 p.m. against world champ Justin Gatlin. Then at 2:44 p.m. he will double back and run the 200 against Noah Lyles and world champ Ramil Guliyev. This is going to be awesome.

    Unfortunately have to pull out of Pre this weekend. Nothing serious but have had a lingering hip issue that I need to nip in the butt now. Pretty sure I was gonna run like 3:48 so if y’all could just start treating me as if I did, that’d be great!

    Too bad. Cheptegei earned 10,000 silver at Worlds last year and looked in great form with double gold in 5k/10k at Commonwealth Games last month.
