A range of groups, activists and solidarity organisations which support the people of Rojava have called for participation in the campaign "SiAmo Afrin" (We Are Afrin). The funds collected from this initiative will be used to buy medicine, food, and other basic necessities to provide care and support to the thousands of displaced people who have fled their homes. The humanitarian aid will be taken to Rojava by a solidarity delegatio...n that will leave for northern Syria in June.

A very important video in English from Italian Activist Jacopo in Rojava speaking about the parallels and similarities between the Italian resistance against na...zi fascism and the Afrin resistance against the Turkish invasion. As Italy celebrates its Independence Day today it also reflects on the invasion of Afrin with the hope that it will too soon celebrate its liberation from the Turkish and allied jihadist armies. All our love from Rojava to the revolutionary love being shown to Afrin by the Italian community and solidarity groups.

***A NEW MEANING TO THE WORD 'FEMINAZI'***
Hello Friends,
This weekend was a great success! Brighton Anti Fascists and several other groups from London and around the UK headed down to speaker’s corner with banners, a samba band and a really diverse mix of people that were all there to challenge the narrative espoused by 120dB.
...We held a rally in speaker’s corner, got to speak to a lot of members of the public (and even heard female coppers shushing a male counterpart when we were delivering our speech so that they could listen.) GI were kettled in a corner of the park for the duration of their speech. Whilst people wandered into our crowd to listen to our speakers. (it is to be noted that about 98% of 120dB’s audience were old white men!... other than the speaker the only two other women there were Lucy Brown and OpinionatedEuropean.)
Once 120dB and all their GI friends were escorted out of the park (for a drink) we marched down Oxford street with banners, flares and the sound of the samba band. We then ended up outside of the Duke of York where GI were eating, drinking and cheekily throwing up white power signs.
Locals of the area (many of which were migrants) contacted the pub to let them know who their customers were. As soon as the landlord found out GI were kicked out. The owner of the pub then came out and handed us GI’s beer profits for us to donate to a refuges welcome organization of our choice.
Over all our weekend was bloody brilliant! We managed to have our say, have a little dance and claimed a bit of #freespeech for our selves. Whereas GI ended up with a catalogue of calamities, the highlights being their conference being moved and hidden to then be cancelled, their leaders being barred from the country, their speeches consisting mostly men of chatting about magical frogs #kek and finally their pub kicking them out to then giving us their earnings to be given to refugees. #Sorrynotsorry
