The NSW government sold another four Millers Point properties at the historic The Rocks area for a total of $17.975 million earlier this week.

25-27 Lower Fort Street, known as Linsley Terrace, is one of the oldest surviving terraces in Millers Point. A family owner occupier bought the property to live in.

The property was originally a single house built for former convict George Morris. It was later subdivided into two dwellings and sold to John Linsley.
