Chinese space station likely to crash to earth this weekend
The crash is imminent: The Chinese experimental space station Tiangong-1 will fall uncontrolled to Earth on Sunday (April 1), give or take a day and a half. Does that mean you’re in danger of being struck? In two words? Not really. | @SPACEdotcom https://buff.ly/2E1LS1n pic.twitter.com/ynuxaVQr6q

Chinese space station, Tiangong-1, is expected to reenter the atmosphere following the end of its operational life. Most of the craft should burn up but before it does Germany’s Fraunhofer FHR research institute created this composite RADAR image of it http://m.esa.int/spaceinimages/Images/2018/03/Spotted_in_space …pic.twitter.com/lFp6KuGuBW
China's out-of-control spacelab will break into fireballs as it plunges back to Earth in the coming days, but space officials say sit back, relax and watch the "splendid" show:https://www.yahoo.com/news/china-says-earth-bound-spacelab-offer-splendid-show-041702808.html …
Tiangong-1 now in 182 x 196 km x 42.7 deg orbit (rel to sphere); 183 x 210 km (rel to ellipsoid). Down 6.4 km in last day. Reentry expected Mar 31 to Apr 2

One final Tiangong-1 post before it’s gone: the obligatory ‘how to track.’ And then next week we can never talk about it again! https://www.theverge.com/2018/3/29/17175864/china-space-station-tiangong-1-space-debris-track-fall?utm_campaign=lorengrush&utm_content=chorus&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter …pic.twitter.com/ujTBaKU4Sb

After the Tiangong reentry, a 1 tonne Indian rocket stage is probably next. PSLV-C19 fourth stage, launched in 2012, currently in a 205 x 218 km orbit.
It’s not like space news outlets need an excuse to run April Fools jokes, but expect a deluge of “#Tiangong-1 landed on my house” Photoshop efforts this weekend
