There are a number of ways you can engage with the Parliament of Victoria.

Watch Parliament in action

On sitting days, members of the public can watch the proceedings at Parliament House, or listen to the audio broadcast.

Submit a petition

Petitions can be presented to either the Legislative Council or the Legislative Assembly. For details on preparing a petition, view the Submit a Petition page

Make a submission to a Committee

Most Committees seek public submissions as part of conducting their inquiries. Details of current inquiries and Committees currently calling for submissions can be found in Committees.

Attend a Committee hearing

Parliamentary Committees regularly hold public hearings. Details of current inquiries and upcoming public hearings can be found in Committees.
