Subversion Repository
Web Access to the Repository
You can browse the xml.apache.org workspaces via the web.
- commons (XML Commons)
- crimson (Crimson parser, inactive)
- site (xml.apache.org site)
- stylebook (Stylebook)
- xang (Xang, inactive)
- xindice (XIndice)
Don't see the project you need? The repository you're looking for is probably not under the control of the Apache XML project as many subproject have migrated to become top-level projects. You can find links to these projects on the main Apache website.
Download the Source
Most users of the source code probably don't need to have day to day access to the source code as it changes. For these users we provide easy to unpack source code downloads via our download pages.
Access the Source Tree
So, you've decided that you need access to the source tree to see the latest and greatest code. There's two different forms of Subversion access. The first is for public access, and anybody can use it. The second is for committers to the project, and you should have a login to the Subversion repository. If you don't know what this means, join the mailing list and find out.
Anyone can checkout source code from our public Subversion repository. To do so, simply use the following command (if you are using a GUI client, configure it appropriately):
svn co http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/xml/[project]/trunk/ xml-[project]
Projects available for access are:
- commons
- crimson
- stylebook
- xang
- xindice
