Robert Russell "Chubby" Wise (October 2, 1915 – January 6, 1996) was an American bluegrass fiddler.
Wise began playing fiddle at age 15, working locally in the Jacksonville area. He joined the Jubilee Hillbillies in 1938, then began playing with Bill Monroe's Blue Grass Boys in 1942, including dates at the Grand Ole Opry. He worked with Monroe through 1948, then played with Clyde Moody in 1948-49. He also played with the York Brothers, Flatt & Scruggs, and Connie B. Gay.
In 1954, Wise became a member of Hank Snow's Rainbow Ranch Boys, again appearing at the Grand Ole Opry; he remained with the group until 1970. Alongside this he worked as a session musician with Mac Wiseman and Red Allen, among others. Wise returned to Florida in 1984 and went into semi-retirement, though he continued to tour and record occasionally, such as with the Bass Mountain Boys in 1992.
He joined producers Randall Franks and Alan Autry for the In the Heat of the Night cast's CD Christmas Time's a Comin' performing "Christmas Time's a Comin'" with the cast on the CD released on Sonlite and MGM/UA for one of the most popular Christmas releases of 1991 and 1992 with Southern retailers. Franks occasionally joined Wise performing twin fiddle with him on his shows.

Orange Blossom Special may refer to:
Orange Blossom is a French band that plays a mix of electronic and world music.
The band was formed in Nantes in 1993 with Pierre-Jean Chabot (known as PJ Chabot) on violin and Jean-Christophe Waechter (known as Jay C.) on percussions and vocals. In 1994, Éric (organ) joined the band and a first audio tape was recorded in September. In 1995 the band stabilized with the arrival of Carlos Robles Arenas on drums, djembé, and sampler, and the departure of Éric. Their first disc, Orange Blossom, came out in 1997 on the Prikosnovénie label, selling 15,000 copies.
Before their second album came out, the group was influenced by ethnic and traditional music. They met and collaborated with several non-French artists, like Ivorian percussion group Yelemba D'Abidjan and Egyptian group Ganoub. They toured in Egypt, France, and Belgium. Vocalist Jay C. left the band in 2000 and created Prajña. In 2002, percussionist Mathias Vaguenez and vocalist Leïla Bounous joined the group. The album Everything Must Change came out in 2005 on the Bonsaï Music label.
Chubby may refer to:
A sweet old fiddle tune and one of Chubby's most popular. He has an incredibly bluesy style and amazing moves that he adds to tunes that are so uniquely Chubby. This tune has a beautiful break by Ellis "Buz" Butler on the dobro. Chubby loved to hear that "old biscuit board", as he called dobros...and he really loved to hear Buz play the dobro.

Chubby Wise / Lester Flatt / Bill Monroe
One of Chubby's best. He lays down those blues licks like no one else can. A masterpiece.

You and I in a little toy shop
Buy a bag of balloons with the money we've got
Set them free at the break of dawn
Til one by one, they were gone
Back at base, bugs in the software
Flash the message, "Somethings out there"
Floating in the summer sky
99 red balloons go by
99 red balloons floating in the summer sky
Panic bells, it's a red alert
There's something here from somewhere else
The war machine springs to life
And opens up one eager eye
Focusing it in the sky
99 red balloons go by
99 Decision Street, where 99 ministers meet
To worry, worry, super-scurry
Call the troops out in a hurry
This is what we've waiting for
This is it boys, this is war
The president is on the line
99 red balloons go by
99 Knights of the air
Ride super-high-tech jet fighters
Everyone's a Silverhero
Everyone's a captain Kirk
With orders to identify
To clarify and classify
Scramble in the summer sky
99 red ballons go by
99 red balloons go by
99 dreams I have had
In everyone a red ballon
Now it's all over and I'm standin' pretty
In this dust that was a city
If I could find a souvenir
Just to prove the world was here...
And here is a red balloon
I think of you and let it go
