    80% of Michigan charter schools are for-profit. I don’t know about you, but I don’t pay taxes for schools just so some corporation can pocket the money.

    In Michigan, African American infants are twice as likely to die by age 1 than caucasian infants. Inequality doesn’t get much clearer than that. We have some work to do.

    Gun reform makes gun access less likely, which makes the assumption of gun possession by cops less likely - which makes force less likely. It’s another reason we need - and comprehensive implicit bias training for officers.
