One.com is worth looking into if you want frills-free hosting — price point being a key pull factor. You tend to get what you pay for with low-cost shared hosting providers. Often times the rule of thumb with hosting plans is "you get what you pay for," and while that may be true in terms of the number of features or support options One.com makes available to customers, they know what they're good at: domain and email hosting. These folks do a great job of helping users get a basic personal site, blog, or photo gallery up on the Web quickly. They're a fine option for first-time users and we can certainly recommend them as a cost-effective contender for email hosting.
