The Exclusive Hawaii is an eight-bed, holistic addiction treatment center located on The Big Island of Hawaii. We offer one of the most customized programs in the country, with 35 deeply-caring staff members collaborating with you to make an individualized treatment plan that will be the most healing for you.
Our non 12-step program, which treats alcohol addiction, drug addiction, eating disorders, and co-occurring disorders, is at the forefront of integrative and holistic solutions for overcoming substance abuse. Our revolutionary methodology, Core Belief Restructuring, addresses the root causes of an addiction to create real, long-lasting change. We focus on asking questions rather than giving advice — teaching that you have the power within yourself to change your behaviors. We help you understand the beliefs you formed throughout your life experiences, and how those beliefs are affecting your behavior today. We give you the self-regulation tools to change these self-defeating beliefs to transform your life, empowering you to be prepared and confident to face your biggest triggers when you leave our program.

I come from generations of drinkers, and I battled addiction for half of my life. No matter what I tried, I kept relapsing. Then, I became relentless in seeking help. After studying for years with several mentors, I found the answers in many unexpected ways. What allowed me to finally overcome my addiction was combining the knowledge I had accumulated from these different practices into one methodology – Core Belief Restructuring.
