The Victorian Freedom of Information Act 1982 gives you the right to request documents held by the Victoria State Emergency Service (SES).

You can request access to documents held by Victoria SES by writing to the FOI Officer and including payment of the $28.40 application fee. This can be done by either:

  • Emailing your request to foi@ses.vic.gov.au. We will then send you a payment form for payment of the required application fee;
  • Writing a letter, or downloading the application form and sending it, along with payment of the application fee, to:
