• Who should consider joining the Pro Program?

  GoDaddy Pro is for all the web designers and developers who build and maintain websites – particularly WordPress sites – for other people. It automates routine maintenance tasks, consolidates client management tools into one dashboard and gives you 30% off all new GoDaddy products plus 5% in-store credit on every new purchase. And it’s 100% free.

• What’s the difference between GoDaddy Pro and GoDaddy's Reseller Program?

  Reseller is like business in a box, enabling just about anyone to start selling domains, hosting and other GoDaddy products without investing a lot of time or money up front. It’s a completely separate program that includes a storefront, white-labeled products and the freedom to set your own prices. Reseller plans require a monthly fee.

  Pro is a free program designed to support web designers and developers who use GoDaddy products to build and maintain websites for their clients. Because it includes Pro Sites, the Pro program is particularly beneficial for WordPress developers.

  PLEASE NOTE: Pro Sites, an app included with GoDaddy Pro, is currently available only in English. Also, support may not be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in all countries.

• Can I join the Pro Program and also be a GoDaddy Affiliate?

  Certainly. But if you join both programs, we can’t grant you the incentives for both; you may only earn one or the other. With GoDaddy Pro, all purchases you make are automatically eligible for discounts and rewards.

• How will I receive my discounts?

  You will earn 5-10%¹ as points for in-store credit on all new purchases on GoDaddy.com. You may redeem these to buy new or renewing GoDaddy products. The amount of credit you have is displayed in the Pro Rewards app, where you can convert it to in-store credit. We don’t currently allow you to cash out your points.

• What’s the difference between Pro and Pro Plus?

  All pro members get 30% off all new products plus:

  • 5% in-store credit on every new GoDaddy purchase
  • Standard support

  Pros who spend $500 or more per year get 30% off all new products plus:

  • 10% in-store credit on every new GoDaddy purchase
  • Advanced support
  • A business listing in Pro Connect, our global directory of web developers and designers

• What support is available to me?

  Get fast answers via phone, chat or ticket submitted from your Pro dashboard. Pro Plus members receive dedicated support from a team of technically advanced agents.

• What’s the difference between Pro Sites and Pro Clients?

  Pro Sites simplifies WordPress maintenance, allowing you to bulk update all your WordPress sites at once, even those not hosted by GoDaddy. Pro Clients puts all your client accounts – and all their GoDaddy products – at your fingertips. It streamlines account access, purchasing and tracking client costs. Time savings all around.

• Are there other rewards besides the 5-10% in-store credits?

  Beyond points, we offer 30% off list price (not retail), coupons and exclusive promotions on hosting for our pros.
