Any chance of slingshot time travel around the sun by accident?

Unlikely. You've have to orbit it closely at relativistic speeds to have any significant effect from temporal dilation. We currently don't have the tech to do this. However, it IS theoretically possible to launch yourself into the far future this way if/when we DO have the tech.

Things fall into the Sun every day, such as meteors and even comets. We have ZERO ability to hurt it. It's too damn big and virtually anything will literally vaporize before it gets anywhere near the photosphere. Worry not.
