I installed the app. What do I do next?
Use your username and password to log in to the RSVP iPhone application. If you are new to RSVP, you'll need to register and create a profile first.
What devices is the app compatible with?
- iPhone (3G and 4G) including app operating systems
- iPod Touches (including all operating systems)
Can I use it on my iPad?
Yes you can, but it's not optimised for the iPad screen just yet (so it may not look as pretty as we'd like it to). Alternatively, just log into the website on your browser instead.
Do I need a separate RSVP profile to use the app?
No, you can use your existing username and password.
If I do something on the app, will it sync with my web profile?
Yes, whatever you do on the app will show up when you access RSVP from your computer / web browser and vice-versa.
I have a new photo. Can I upload it through the app?
Yes
I received a special offer by email. Can I claim it through the app?
Unfortunately you can’t take up the offer via the app at this point in time. You can only access your offer via the website at the moment.
