    Little of Wolff's book is new in substance, if you have been following US political journalism. But it is interesting that it all being in a book makes it all the more authoritative. Perhaps books are not dead yet...

    Given that Nigel Farage's team were discussing how to win the Brexit referendum with Trump's team in August 2015 it seems unlikely that he was not aware of the word in June 2016
