Quoting on leads that match your business will boost your chances of winning the right job. Here are a few tips to keep in mind when looking through your leads:

1. It’s completely free to view leads on Oneflare! So if you see one that isn’t quite right for your business, feel free to ignore it. The customer won’t know that you have ignored the lead because the process is anonymous until you quote on the job.

2. Quote accurately by picking jobs that contain the right information. Check out the additional the customer’s comments at the bottom of the page - customers can include extra details about their job here

3. The customer’s phone number and email address will be available to you after you have submitted your quote. To access the contact details, click into the job request; we will indicate if the customer has included their phone number, at the top of the page.

On your Oneflare app, leads are located on the bottom left side of the menu selection. Once you set up your service type and area via website, you will start receiving your customised leads via mobile as well.
