Paul Tan is a Malaysian motoring journalist. He is best known for his website, paultan.org or Paul Tan's Automotive News, a popular news portal which covers the Malaysian & ASEAN automotive scenes.Paultan.org is managed by Driven Communications Sdn. Bhd., a company in which Paul Tan assumes the role as a managing director. The website also offers reviews, previews, test drives and covers various other topics that are automotive-related.
Established in 2004, paultan.org enjoyed a quick rise to fame and has since consistently positioned itself among the Top 100 most frequented websites by Malaysian internet users according to Alexa, comScore and Effective Measure.
Paul Tan's career in automotive journalism has its roots in his childhood. Paul was not born into a privileged family. While Paul was studying at the Victoria Institution in Kuala Lumpur, his father had contracted cancer. Paul was forced into adversity at an early age and had to take several jobs to earn extra money for his family, which included his mother, a housewife, and a brother, who was four years younger. Paul worked as an intern in G-LabWorks Sdn Bhd between November and December 2000, where he exercised his HTML and JavaScript skills. For the first six months of 2001, he worked as a web developer at AMP Radio Networks (currently known as Astro Radio). He led a team of 3 other web developers for the Xfresh Teen Community online portal at www.xfresh.com. Paul also designed a bus wrap which promoted the Xfresh website on Intrakota buses. In 2001, Paul graduated with his Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) certificate in the Science stream.
The Proton Saga is a series of compact and subcompact cars produced by Malaysian automobile manufacturer Proton since July 1985. The Saga is Proton's flagship model in terms of sales volume, and remains the longest running Proton nameplate to date.
The first generation Proton Saga produced between 1985 and 2008 was the first car to be produced by Proton. It was based on the 1983 Mitsubishi Lancer Fiore sedan as a result of a joint venture between the Malaysian government and Mitsubishi Motors of Japan. It was available in 4-door saloon and 5-door hatchback guises.
The second generation Proton Saga is a 4-door subcompact sedan which launched on 18 January 2008. It is based on a stretched Proton Savvy platform and was developed in-house by Proton with technical support from Lotus Cars and LG CNS.
The Proton Saga is best known to have been named after the tiny red seed of the Saga tree (Adenanthera pavonina), commonly found in Malaysia. However, Ismail Jaafar, a retired military soldier who won the car's pre-launch naming contest claims Saga was originally an acronym for safety, achievement, greatness, ability. The Proton Saga is also a well-known national symbol of Malaysia.
The Mercedes-Benz E-Class is a range of executive cars manufactured by Mercedes-Benz in various engine and body configurations produced since 1993. Prior to 1993, Mercedes-Benz offered the same category of car under a non-unified naming structure. The E initially stood for Einspritzmotor (German for fuel injection engine); a new feature in volume production vehicles at the time that the E-Class first appeared, with the E as a suffix to the engine nomenclature (e.g. 230E) in the 1960s. It was not until the launch of the facelifted W124 in 1993 that the E was used as a prefix (i.e., E 220) and the model referred to officially as the E-Class (or E-Klasse). At this time all Mercedes cars used fuel injection and the company felt it was no longer necessary to add this as a distinguishing feature. Due to the E-Class's size and durability, the cars also frequently serve as taxis in European and Asian countries. Mercedes-Benz also offers special-purpose vehicles (e.g., police or ambulance modifications) from the factory.

The perfect couple with arms entwined
was no position that we could find
The perfect meal they wined and dined
background music so refined
Their perfect house and household pets
mine just howled, whilst yours just slept
When they sang "Walk on with hope in your heart"
how come we were stood on the peir
When that funny looking bloke sang "Heal the world"
I don't think he really ment here
When that group sang "Time is on my side"
My battery clock just stopped
But when that bald guy sang "You sexy thing"
Both of our pants just dropped
Yes when that bald guy sang "You sexy thing"
Both of our pants just dropped
The perfect groom, the perfect bride
The photo album that glows inside
The perfect flowers on mantelpiece
His perfect suit, his perfect crease
Her perfect dress, her perfect size
Out clothes ripped up whilst flower dies
When that 60's group sang "Keep on running"
when we were just about to wed
And when that fella said "Take a walk on the wild side"
we were picniking at Beachy Head
When that band released "Fool on the hill"
do you think they ment me or ment you
When the band sang "Didn't I blow your mind"
we must have sucked as hard as we blew
But when the King sang "Always on my mind"
It was mine that was always on you
We were skiing in the alps, the avalanche had started
the volcano had started to spew
When that Christian bloke and his backing band
sang "Move it", but not you two
When you took me to eat at the local steak house
and the band played "Born to be wild"
And the woman sang "Running up that hill"
when I was heavy with child
The pirates tied our hands behind our backs
the sea didn't make a sound
when halfway down the plank that rap band
started singing "Jump around"
Jump around, jump around
