Secy Mnuchin: U.S., SK Reach Deal In Principle On Trade, Tariffs

Officials from both the U.S. and South Korea said they’ve reached an agreement in principle on trade and tariffs, Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said Sunday the two countries agreed to revise and extend the six-year-old Free Trade Deal, known as Korus. Under the deal’s new terms, he claims South Korea will reduce its steel exports to the U.S. while both countries will keep the existing tariff concessions.






White House Backs UK On Poisoning, Considering Its Options Against Russia

The White House is considering a range of options against Russia in response to the poisoning of a former spy in the UK. The administration declined to say whether it would follow Britain’s example Saturday, by expelling Russian diplomats. Earlier this week, the UK expelled nearly two dozen Russian diplomats in response to the poisoning.


Sen. Graham: John Bolton Will Help Pres. Trump Make America Safer

South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham praised President Trump’s choice for national security adviser. During an interview Sunday, Graham said John Bolton has a world view that will help the President make the U.S. safer. He pointed to his stance on north Korea’s threats and the desire to dismantle the Iran nuclear deal.
