"Make It with You" is a song written by David Gates and originally recorded by the pop/rock group Bread, of which Gates was a member.
The song first appeared on Bread's 1970 album On the Waters. Released as a single in June 1970, it would become the group's first top ten and only number-one single on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart in the U.S., spending the week of August 22, 1970, at the top spot.
The single reached number five on the UK Singles Chart. It was also certified gold by the RIAA for sales of over one million copies.
The song was well received by easy-listening stations at the beginning of the singer-songwriter driven soft rock era, reaching number four on the Billboard Easy Listening Top 40. The Supremes, Aretha Franklin, Earth, Wind & Fire, Dusty Springfield, Cilla Black, The Originals, The Main Ingredient, The Whispers, Marc Anthony, Teddy Pendergrass, Don Julian & The Larks, Let Loose, Dennis Brown, Andy Williams, Lou Donaldson, Tony Mottola, and Marc Cohn are amongst those who have recorded cover versions of the song.
It has also been recorded in other languages including Spanish, as "Quiero Hacerte El Amor" with a version by Blvd featuring M C Blvd being popular on the West Coast. Ralfi Pagan reached number 32 on the Billboard R&B; chart during an eleven week run in the summer of 1971 with a Latin-soul version of the song, and also by Puerto Rican-American Spanish R&B; group Barrio Boyzz in 1993 as "Cerca de Ti" (Close to You)

Today we've baking bread, coconut flour keto bread to be precise. I realize I've done many bread recipes and there are always people asking for alternative methods, sometimes it's a different flour or sometimes it's not having an oven or a microwave. So today we're doing a loaf made out of coconut flour which will complete our trilogy of almond flour bread, peanut butter bread and now coconut flour bread.

Macros are for 1 slice. Cut the loaf into 12 slices.
Ingredients
- 75 grams (1/2 Cup) Coconut Flour
- 16 grams (4 Tbsp) Pysillium Husk
- 125 ml (1/2 Cup Warm Water
- 100 ml (6 Tbsp) Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Xanthan Gum
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 6 Eggs
Preparation
1. Add the warm water to the psyillium husk and set aside.
2. In a bowl mix the coconut flour, xanthan cum, baking powder and salt
3. In another bowl whisk the eggs along with the olive oil
4. Add the psyillium husk to the eat mixture and beat well.
5. Finally add in the rest of the dry ingredients and beat till all well combined
6. Pour the mixture into a loaf tin lined with parchment paper and well greased up.
7. Bake for 40 minutes
8. Remove and allow the bread to cool before removing from the loaf tin
9. Slice into 12 slices and serve.

Commercial bread in particular, commonly contains additives, some of them non-nutritional, to improve flavor, texture, color, shelf life, or ease of manufacturing.

"Make It with You" is a song written by David Gates and originally recorded by the pop/rock group Bread, of which Gates was a member. The song first appeared on Bread's 1970 album On the Waters. Add the warm water to the psyillium husk and set aside. 2. In a bowl mix the coconut flour, xanthan cum, baking powder and salt 3. In another bowl whisk the eggs along with the olive oil 4. Add the psyillium husk to the eat mixture and beat well. 5. Finally add in the rest of the dry ingredients and beat till all well combined 6. Pour the mixture into a loaf tin lined with parchment paper and well greased up. 7. Bake for 40 minutes 8. Remove and allow the bread to cool before removing from the loaf tin 9. Slice into 12 slices and serve. -

In order to develop revolutionary new flavors, Ping takes baking courses in the city where she meets Bread. Bread, born in America, is charming and humorous. He falls for Ping at the very first sight. Even though Ping is with Gao-bing, she finds Bread's bread has a special magic. She thinks Bread might be the one that saves the bakery... With Ping's arrangement, Bread moves in to Mr Chiu's houses and becomes Gao-bing's roommate. Bread never hides his feelings toward Ping and always says, "We must put our passing into the bread". Gao-bing disagrees with Bread's western style and thinks of him merely a dumbass from America.

"Make It with You" is a song written by David Gates and originally recorded by the pop/rock group Bread, of which Gates was a member. The song first appeared on Bread's 1970 album On the Waters. Released as a single in June 1970, it would become the group's first top ten and only number-one single on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart in the U.S., spending the week of August 22, 1970, at the top spot. The single reached number five on the UK Singles Chart. It was also certified gold by the RIAA for sales of over one million copies. I realize I've done many bread recipes and there are always people asking for alternative methods, sometimes it's a different flour or sometimes it's not having an oven or a microwave. So today we're doing a loaf made out of coconut flour which will complete our trilogy of almond flour bread, peanut butter bread and now coconut flour bread.

Macros are for 1 slice. Cut the loaf into 12 slices.
Ingredients
- 75 grams (1/2 Cup) Coconut Flour
- 16 grams (4 Tbsp) Pysillium Husk
- 125 ml (1/2 Cup Warm Water
- 100 ml (6 Tbsp) Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Xanthan Gum
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 6 Eggs
Preparation
1. Add the warm water to the psyillium husk and set aside.
2. In a bowl mix the coconut flour, xanthan cum, baking powder and salt
3. In another bowl whisk the eggs along with the olive oil
4. Add the psyillium husk to the eat mixture and beat well.
5. Finally add in the rest of the dry ingredients and beat till all well combined
6. Pour the mixture into a loaf tin lined with parchment paper and well greased up.
7. Bake for 40 minutes
8. Remove and allow the bread to cool before removing from the loaf tin
9. Slice into 12 slices and serve.

Bread was an American soft rock band from Los Angeles, California. They placed 13 songs on the Billboard Hot 100 chart between 1970 and 1977 and were an example of what later was labeled as soft rock.
The band consisted of David Gates (vocals, bass guitar, guitar, keyboards, violin, viola, percussion), Jimmy Griffin (vocals, guitar, keyboards, percussion) and Robb Royer (bass guitar, guitar, flute, keyboards, percussion, recorder, backing vocals). Mike Botts (drums, percussion) joined in the summer of 1969 and Larry Knechtel (keyboards, bass guitar, guitar, harmonica) replaced Royer in 1971.
Before forming Bread, Gates had worked with Royer's previous band, The Pleasure Fair, producing and arranging the band's 1967 album, The Pleasure Fair. Royer then introduced Gates to his songwriting partner, Griffin, and the trio joined together in 1968 and signed with Elektra Records in January 1969, after choosing the name "Bread" in late 1968, supposedly after getting stuck in traffic behind a Wonder Bread truck. The group's first single, "Dismal Day", was released in June 1969 but did not chart. Their debut album, Bread, was released in September 1969 and peaked at No. 127 on the Billboard 200. Songwriting on the album was split evenly between Gates and the team of Griffin-Royer. Jim Gordon, a session musician, accompanied the band on drums for the album.
On July 25, 1969 Bread appeared in concert for the very first time, with Gordon on drums, at the Aquarius Theater in Hollywood, opening for the Flying Burrito Brothers. But when Gordon's schedule conflicted and he proved unavailable for future outings, they quickly brought in Mike Botts as their permanent drummer. Botts, who Gates had previously worked with in Botts's group The Travelers 3 as a producer, appeared on their second album, On the Waters (released in July 1970 and peaking at No. 12 on the Billboard 200). This time their efforts quickly established Bread as a major act with the Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 hit "Make It with You" in 1970. "Make It with You" would be Bread's only No. 1 on the Hot 100.
For their next single, they released a re-recorded version of "It Don't Matter To Me", a Gates song from their first album. This single was a hit as well, reaching No. 10. Bread began touring and recording their third album, titled Manna (March 1971), which peaked at #21 and included "Let Your Love Go" (which preceded the album's release and made No. 28) and the Top 5 hit single, "If".
