The First Amendment (Amendment I) to the United States Constitution prohibits the making of any law respecting an establishment of religion, impeding the free exercise of religion, abridging the freedom of speech, infringing on the freedom of the press, interfering with the right to peaceably assemble or prohibiting the petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances. It was adopted on December 15, 1791, as one of the ten amendments that constitute the Bill of Rights.
The Bill of Rights was originally proposed as a measure to assuage Anti-Federalist opposition to Constitutional ratification. Initially, the First Amendment applied only to laws enacted by the Congress, and many of its provisions were interpreted more narrowly than they are today. Beginning with Gitlow v. New York (1925), the Supreme Court applied the First Amendment to states—a process known as incorporation—through the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.
A police force is a constituted body of persons empowered by the state to enforce the law, protect property, and limit civil disorder. Their powers include the legitimized use of force. The term is most commonly associated with police services of a sovereign state that are authorized to exercise the police power of that state within a defined legal or territorial area of responsibility. Police forces are often defined as being separate from military or other organizations involved in the defense of the state against foreign aggressors; however, gendarmerie are military units charged with civil policing.
Law enforcement, however, constitutes only part of policing activity. Policing has included an array of activities in different situations, but the predominant ones are concerned with the preservation of order. In some societies, in the late 18th and early 19th centuries, these developed within the context of maintaining the class system and the protection of private property. Many police forces suffer from police corruption to a greater or lesser degree. The police force is usually a public sector service, meaning they are paid through taxes.

Harassed by LAPD after doing a first amendment audit of LAPD Dispatch was across the street at the federal building when 5 LAPD Gestapo approached and followed me from one end of Los Angeles Street and up Temple Street. Jackson Cop Block & Liberty Is For Everyone travel to Lapper, Michigan to conduct a 1st Amendment Audit at the Thumb Correctional Facility. We are meet by a newcomer to our group and take the drone along to film. We are meet by Lapeer PD and Corrections officers. Both pass the audit and after a few tense moments, us educating them on current laws, or lack there of, we have a pleasant conversation. This time we leave our guns in the car to see if there is a difference in the way the attempt to handle us. It turns out there is a big difference from the last prison audit where we are meet with air raid sirens and snipers.
DP Security guards seem to be under the impression that Chevron corporate policy forbids individuals from taking photographs and video of the property from a public sidewalk. They needed a lesson in First Amendment law, and it was my pleasure to give it to them. This video was filmed primarily with a Sony a6000 (mirrorless) camera. This video is about first amendment
No I wont Conform to your fears
Imposed by your Tyranny
Wear your crown of hate
All alone in your murder industry
Underneath Disguise of being free
Lies a plan of Fascism
Read between the lines and you'll see
The Blood of children all over you
Waging war and death
On a land rich with opportunity
Drowning in a cause
Inhuman, led by Christianity
God Endorses war, in his mind
Liberate by homicide
Terrorism's bred by terror first
You commit our suicide
Pain will be the price of the ones we kill in vain
Forget what you read or heard in the media today
The White House has been stained by the blood of innocence
It is inhumane to ignore what's evident
Election by fraud, and by lies, this is not democracy
You will be the fall and demise of our civil liberty
Look closer in eyes, see the truth
Your the real enemy
Our freedom of speech
Amendment one
Will fight your inhumanity
Pain will be the price of the ones we kill in vain
Forget what you read or heard in the media today
The White House has been stained by the blood of innocence
It is inhumane to ignore what's evident
Look closer in eyes, see the truth
Your the real enemy
Our freedom of speech
Amendment one
Will fight your inhumanity
