The First Amendment (Amendment I) to the United States Constitution prohibits the making of any law respecting an establishment of religion, impeding the free exercise of religion, abridging the freedom of speech, infringing on the freedom of the press, interfering with the right to peaceably assemble or prohibiting the petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances. It was adopted on December 15, 1791, as one of the ten amendments that constitute the Bill of Rights.
The Bill of Rights was originally proposed as a measure to assuage Anti-Federalist opposition to Constitutional ratification. Initially, the First Amendment applied only to laws enacted by the Congress, and many of its provisions were interpreted more narrowly than they are today. Beginning with Gitlow v. New York (1925), the Supreme Court applied the First Amendment to states—a process known as incorporation—through the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.
Auditing refers to a systematic and independent examination of books, accounts, documents and vouchers of an organization to ascertain how far the financial statements present a true and fair view of the concern. It also attempts to ensure that the books of accounts are properly maintained by the concern as required by law. Auditing has become such a ubiquitous phenomenon in the corporate and the public sector that academics started identifying an "Audit Society". The auditor perceives and recognizes the propositions before him/her for examination, obtains evidence, evaluates the same and formulates an opinion on the basis of his judgement which is communicated through his audit report.
Any subject matter may be audited. Audits provide third party assurance to various stakeholders that the subject matter is free from material misstatement. The term is most frequently applied to audits of the financial information relating to a legal person. Other areas which are commonly audited include: internal controls, quality management, project management, water management, and energy conservation.
Haywood County is the name of two counties in the United States:
Delray Beach is a coastal city in Palm Beach County, Florida, United States. As of the 2010 census, the city had a total population of 60,522. The population was estimated at 65,055 in 2014. Delray Beach is part of the Miami metropolitan area.
Recorded history began with the construction of the Orange Grove House of Refuge in 1876. The house derived its name from the grove of mature sour orange and other tropical fruit trees found at the site chosen for the house of refuge, but no record or evidence of who planted the trees has survived.
Settlement began around 1884, when African-Americans from the Panhandle of Florida purchased land a little inland from the Orange Grove House of Refuge and began farming. By 1894 the Black community was large enough to establish the first school in the area.
In 1894 William S. Linton, a Republican US Congressman for Saginaw, Michigan, bought a tract of land just west of the Orange Grove House of Refuge, and began selling plots in what he hoped would become a farming community. Initially, this community was named after Linton. In 1896 Henry Flagler extended his Florida East Coast Railroad south from West Palm Beach to Miami, with a station at Linton.
A police force is a constituted body of persons empowered by the state to enforce the law, protect property, and limit civil disorder. Their powers include the legitimized use of force. The term is most commonly associated with police services of a sovereign state that are authorized to exercise the police power of that state within a defined legal or territorial area of responsibility. Police forces are often defined as being separate from military or other organizations involved in the defense of the state against foreign aggressors; however, gendarmerie are military units charged with civil policing.
Law enforcement, however, constitutes only part of policing activity. Policing has included an array of activities in different situations, but the predominant ones are concerned with the preservation of order. In some societies, in the late 18th and early 19th centuries, these developed within the context of maintaining the class system and the protection of private property. Many police forces suffer from police corruption to a greater or lesser degree. The police force is usually a public sector service, meaning they are paid through taxes.

News Now Northwest headed out with Human Errer to do a 1st amendment audit of the Washington State Patrol - Spokane regional headquarters. Check out Human Errer's channel in the link below. Subscribe to him and give him support, he's doing great working exposing corruption in Spokane. WSP came out and made contact with us while we were there. All went well no rights were violated. The 2 officers that came out were fairly nice. The first one seemed a little more put off at first but once the 2nd officer came out all was fine. Thanks again for checking out News Now Northwest. Hey guys, ShockWolf here. This is my First Amendment Audit of the Delray Beach Police Department. They have an exterior wall that reaches 7 to 8 feet high. I went to the facility and rednecked a monopod using a mop stick and electrical tape which I got from Walmart. I then proceeded to film over their wall from publicly accessible areas. I was met by some officers that had no problem making up fake Florida Statutes in order to try to intimidate me into stopping the Constitutionally protected activity I was engaged in. Enjoy the show and God Bless guys. -ShockWolf Delray Beach Police Department (561) 243-7888
heard about this place from a friend that they are just NOT GOOD,, its just hear say BUT what is up with the Nervousness when i arrive..this was my last audit of the day..i was hungry and tired with some headache , public servants were persistent
This was recorded on April 2, 2018. While I was alone, it took these officers only a few minutes to make contact. If I was completely by myself that day, things would've been different. I probably would've been beaten up and jailed. Thank you to HDCW, Ida F.Q, OCW for being there. Also, Special Thanks to SJVT, California Transparency & SVN. I'm Honored to know and to do audits with you, and humbled to call you guys my friends. Thanks for watching: Enjoy... (Sorry, I've been having technical difficulties. I don't know what happened with this video. Almost everything was changed when it was uploaded. Also, I've been having many problems with auto-correct. My apologies. Enjoy.)
This is the video Ive been waiting to put up. Big giant thank you to News Now California for the vigilant footage and to the Hemming Law Firm for helping me through this difficult situation. Please help SJVT continue the education https://www.gofundme.com/keeping-our-communities-accountable
News Now Northwest did a 1st amendment audit of the Pend Oreille County sheriff and Justice Hall. Newport is the county seat and largest city. My experience was not very good. Nobody gave me a hard time for filming but I was not made to feel comfortable at all. Someone with a different demeanor would have more than likely had a different experience. My guess is most not very well. See below for a rundown of the action for those that don't want to watch the entire video. In this video I go inside the Justice Hall lobby and the sheriff department lobby. The ladies in the font of the lobby at the sheriff's department didn't really like me in the lobby at all.
