We provide people in Sydney (and Australia-wide) access to anarchist and left libertarian information that isn't available at other bookshops - not even on special order. We also open the space to like-minded groups as a meeting, organising and working space. Our costs greatly outweigh our income. Each month we struggle to pay the bills.

You can help us to continue providing anarchist books and organising space by donating.

You can use PayPal or your credit card to donate to us - just click on the button below. But, because PayPal charges some fees, if you're going to donate less than about $10, its better for you to save your money or most of it will be lost in transaction fees. Or you can make a deposit directly into our bank account - see below for details.

And thankyou - we value every donation, however small or infrequent!

Even better than a one-off donation is becoming a regular supporter. This will help us be sustainable over the long term. If you become a regular donor, you will receive a 20% discount on books and merchandise in the shop. Use the buttons below to become a regular Jura supporter through paypal, or set up a regular deposit through your own internet banking into the account above.

 Jura is solar powered!

Jura Books is on the land of the Wangal people of the Eora Nation. The Jura Collective acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the Land and pays our respect to Elders past and present. We support the ongoing struggle of Aboriginal people for land rights, self-determination, and justice.

A note on accessibility: The lower level of Jura (the bookshop area) is accessible for people using wheelchairs or with other mobility impairments. However the library and toilets are up steep flights of stairs. We can move most meetings and events downstairs upon request.
