During the week we'll be providing the community with information on the dangers of floodwater and the different ways in which they can prepare for floods, with an overall aim of reducing the number of rescues required and injuries/illness/fatalities sustained from people entering floodwater.
FloodSafe Week 2014 has a clear message: “Never enter floodwater…you don’t know what you’re getting into.”
