Legal Health Check
The Legal Health Check is an online legal screening tool developed by the Queensland Public Interest Law Clearing House (QPILCH) for NACLC, with funding provided by the Australian Government Attorney-General’s Department (AGD).
Originally developed as a hard copy resource for QPILCH’s Homeless Persons’ Legal Clinic, this funding from AGD has allowed for an online version to be developed that enables community, health or other workers to both 'diagnose' a client’s multiple legal needs using structured interview questions and collaborate with legal assistance services to develop effective referral pathways to address those legal needs.
This resource is available at: http://legalhealthcheck.org.au/
NACLC encourages CLCs to familiarise yourself with this important new resource, and promote it within your networks, community organisations and other relevant agencies.
CLCs may download promotional material including posters and postcards, from the Resources section of the website.
