Under the project, four regional coordinators were employed to work with the publicly funded legal profession in North West Queensland, Northern Territory, South Australia and Western New South Wales. They focused on recruitment and retention strategies. Three have finished their work and the fourth remains in Western New South Wales. The aim is to work closely with the private legal profession and regional law society to provide support.
