Using Social Media
Many CLCs have begun to explore the use of social media. Social media includes Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and other online tools and forums.
If used well, these tools can be of benefit to CLCs particularly in promoting their services or their law-reform campaigns. However, there is a danger that some CLCs will enthusiastically set up various social media sites but fail to maintain them. Therefore it is important to designate responsibility for maintaining social media sites and tools to a CLC staff member.
